No. Each draw is independent and uniformly random from the seed pair. Historical frequency tells you nothing about the next draw.
Should I pick more or fewer numbers?
Fewer numbers means more frequent small wins; more numbers means rarer but larger ones. The expected return does not change.
Is Keno better than the lottery?
The house edge is dramatically lower — 1% here versus typically 40-50% for state lotteries. It is still a negative expectation game.
