Plinko is the simplest game on the site to understand and one of the hardest to stop playing. You drop a ball from the top of a triangular peg board; it bounces left or right at every row and lands in one of the multiplier buckets along the bottom. Middle buckets pay less than your stake, outer buckets pay more — sometimes far more.

What makes it different from a slot is that you control the shape of the risk. You choose the number of rows (8 to 16) and a risk level of low, medium or high. Those two settings redraw the entire multiplier table, and they are the only real decision in the game.

How it works

1

Pick rows and risk

More rows means more bounces and a wider spread of outcomes. High risk shrinks the middle payouts and inflates the edges.

2

Drop the ball

Each bounce is decided by the provably fair seed pair, not by physics you can influence.

3

Collect the bucket multiplier

Your stake is multiplied by whatever bucket the ball settles in. Most drops land near the middle.

📉 Strategy — the honest version

There is no drop technique, timing trick or bet pattern that changes anything. Low risk on 8 rows gives you many small returns and a shallow loss curve; high risk on 16 rows gives you long dry stretches punctuated by rare big multipliers. Both settle to the same 1% house edge over enough drops. Choosing risk is choosing variance, not expected value.

Common questions

What is the highest Plinko multiplier?
The top bucket on 16 rows at high risk pays the largest multiplier in the game, but it is also the rarest outcome on the board — the ball has to bounce the same direction essentially every row. Treat it as a lottery outcome, not a target.
Is Plinko provably fair?
Yes. Each drop is derived from a server seed, your client seed and a nonce. You can rotate your client seed at any time and verify past drops afterwards.
Does low risk actually lose less?
It loses more slowly and more predictably. The expected loss per unit wagered is identical — 1% — at every risk setting.
